We do everything we can to ensure our pricing within this site is as accurate as possible. However, despite our best efforts, prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of any errors or price changes via email prior to shipping.

Shipping Fees

Skates on the Move uses a Canada Post shipping module to maximize flexibility with you delivery options
Fees are determined by Canada Post at time of checkout. Choose the shipping options provided by Canada Post that best meet your needs. Some restrictions may apply.

Delivery

All orders will ship via Canada Post using the service of your choice. Although the delivery times stated are generally accurate, they are estimates only. skatesonthemove.ca has no control of shipping time once the package has been turned over to the carrier and does not warrant delivery times indicated by third party shipping.

Backorders

Most orders ship within 48 hours, but if merchandise is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder for up to 60 days. Backorders will be shipped at no additional charge via standard Canada Post Ground Service as soon as they become available.

Damaged, Or Short Shipments

In the event of damaged or short shipments, you must contact us within 48 hours. We will issue waybill numbers or tracking numbers to enable communication with Canada Post.

Returns

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order and arrive prepaid. Call or contact us via email for a Return Goods Authorization number prior to returning the merchandise. Credit or refund will not be issued for returned material that has been marked, altered, used, or abused. Returns must be in its original condition and packaging. Any undergarments, tights etc. are not returnable. A full refund will be issued once the returned goods are received in original condition.

Please Note: Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs charges.
